English Jump Start:

Cost: $450
Jump Start is for riders that are looking for a good beginning in English riding. Whether you have ridden English before, never ridden or it’s been a while; this camp will build a solid foundation in hunt seat riding. During this week, we will focus on the basics of English equitation, pre-jumping and jumping. You will experience arena lessons, time on the trail, and exciting ground classes.
Your 3 hours of instructional horse time will include:
- Rider position in the saddle
- Control of your horse
- Terms and beginning theory of hunt seat riding
- Exercises to build strength and balance in the saddle
- Trail ride
- Interactive ground classes: Designing a jump course, bits, braiding, grooming for show, etc.
