Solar Eclipse Retreat

We invite you to join us for a once-in-a-lifetime event as Warren County will experience a total solar eclipse on April 8th with approximately 2 minutes and 37 seconds of totality. This one-time retreat will kick off April 7th with registration at 4:30pm, and will conclude Monday after dinner at 6pm. This weekend’s activities will include trail rides, a confidence course, a climbing wall, and more, with a scheduled break in the afternoon to enjoy the solar eclipse. Join us as we marvel at God’s creation together! Pricing is as follows. If you need housing for an extra night, it will be an additional $50 per unit, however no meals will be provided after the end of the retreat.
We are also offering the option to come for just the day on Monday with arrival at 9 am for $60 per person, this will include participation in all of the days events as well as lunch and dinner provided.
If you would like to come just for the eclipse in the afternoon we have one other option at $20 per person This option will include participation in all of the afternoon activities as well as dinner. See the tentative schedule below for an idea of what will be included with each registration option.
If you are coming on the day of the event, you can just register at the ranch.
