Jacob and Sienna Roth
Jacob started out in the counseling department for summer camp in 2017. Sienna attended a horse camp in 2019. They both became students in the School of Discipleship in 2022 and graduated in the fall of 2024. They were married in May 2025. Jacob is now on staff as the Assistant Program Director. He will be overseeing retreats, assisting in running the summer camp program, and working directly with SOD students in the program department. Sienna is helping out in various ways around the ranch, including teaching students in the barn. They are excited to serve and to see God work through them.

2025 Fall Support Letter
Dear Family and Friends,
We hope that you all are doing well! Since our last letter, we have said goodbye to the students of 2025 and welcomed the new students of the 2025-2026 year! We were both able to go home and spend some time with our families in between the student years! We had a blast with Sienna’s family in Acadia National Park, we hiked the Beehive and Gorham Mountain. We woke up at 3 A.M. to see the sunrise off of the second highest mountain in Acadia, and it was well worth it! We also had such a fun time with Jacob’s family, we went to Ocean Beach Maryland and really enjoyed the water and the sun. We saw lots of jellyfish and horseshoe crabs, and enjoyed the boardwalk.
The fall season here has been lots of fun! We have enjoyed the nice fall weather during the retreats we have hosted this season. We have also enjoyed being advisors this year! We are co-advising with Darci Hatley, who runs the Kitchen Department here at the ranch. She has a son named Christopher, and Jacob and him have had lots of fun hanging out together. Darci and Sienna have been enjoying getting to know our two students, Kylie and Nora. They have been a blast! We love going on trailrides, applepicking, grape picking, and just hanging out on the weekends! We can’t wait to see what the Lord does in their lives in this next year, and are so thankful that we get to mentor them and come alongside them as they grow in the Lord this year!
With the holiday season approaching, we are excited to be going home to spend some more time with our families. We will be at Jacob’s house for Thanksgiving and Sienna’s house for Christmas. We have some prayer requests for this upcoming season:
- Pray for our students this year, Kylie and Nora, as well as the rest of the students, that they would draw near to the Lord and learn to live for Him, just like we did when we were students. That they would seek to know and grow in the Word.
- Pray for our relationship, that we would continue to honor the Lord in our relationship and the work we do here. That our relationship will grow and blossom, and that we will show each other the love of Christ and continue to have a great, fun, successful, and God-honoring marriage.
- Pray for finances, recently we have had a major financial setback. We know the Lord will continue to provide for us, and we thank Him for everything that we are given!
